Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
Due to the intimate nature of underwear and apparel, all returned items must meet the following strict conditions to qualify:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original, unaltered packaging with all tags still attached
- Free from any odours, stains, or signs of use
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@comfymenunderwear.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
Important: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you have received an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@comfymenunderwear.com with a photo of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items marked as sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
